Smith Contractor 190216 Sprayer is a commercial grade, multi-purpose, 2-gallon sprayer for cleaning, sanitizing, applying harsh chemicals as well as lawns and gardens. Sprayer features a lockable shut-off to reduce hand fatigue; a nickel-plated brass poppet for strength and precision; and an easy-to-clean, in-line filtration system. Viton seals offer the best chemical resistance to chemicals and are easily changed without using tools. The pressure release valve safely releases pressure from tank prior to opening to prevent accidental chemical spray. Multiple nozzles included for ultimate versatility: adjustable poly and brass nozzles (enables stream to cone patterns), 2 flat fans, and a high performance foaming nozzle. Also accepts Tee Jet nozzles.

The Smith Contractor Sprayer uses our best, most efficient pump designed for commercial use - even with the harshest chemicals. It features a chemical resistant, commercial grade poly wand and professional shut-off. Also includes shoulder strap for easy carrying.

Professional Shut-Off Lockable shut-off to reduce hand fatigue; a nickel-plated brass poppet for strength and precision; and an easy-to-clean, in-line filtration system.	Viton Gaskets Viton gaskets and seals provide maximum chemical resistance. Easy to change in the field without tools.	Pressure Relief Valve Pressure release valve safely releases pressure before removing the pump - preventing chemicals from spraying on you. Also it automatically vents at 60 PSI to prevent over compression.	Wand Storage The teardrop-shaped tank adds stability due to the lower center of gravity and includes built-in nozzle storage and protection.

5 Nozzles for Ultimate Versatility


Adjustable Poly and Brass Nozzles Adjusts from solid stream to fine mist cone patterns.	High Volume Fan Nozzle Wide, flat spray for broader coverage (red, 0.25 GPM, angled at 70 degrees).	Low Volume Fan Nozzle Narrow, flat spray for precision spraying (yellow, 0.15 GPM, angled at 30 degrees).	Foaming Nozzle Makes it easier to see where you have sprayed - delivering better weed killing results.

Ensuring a Tight Seal


Step 1 At the end of the hose is a hose nut. Slide it back to expose the hose barb (2 small, white plastic tabs).	Step 2 Insert dip tube into tank.	Step 3 Important: Align hose barb with the two notches cut out from the tank. Push down until it stops.	Step 4 Slide hose nut back into place over the hose barb and hand tighten. Be careful not to cross thread.
