Rain Bird’s Root Watering System enables vital water, oxygen, and nutrients to bypass compacted soil and directly reach tree and shrub root systems.

The Root Watering System (RWS) Sock is designed to ­t on the outside of any 36” or 18” RWS unit. The RWS Sock will deter ­the soil from in­filtrating into the RWS basket weave canister.

  • Optional cloth sock helps prevent sand or silt from penetrating the RWS unit, allowing water to flow evenly and without obstruction
