Engineered to exceed the expectations of the professional electrician, the Sperry Instruments DM6410 8 Function Manual Ranging Digital Multimeter offers a durable and ergonomic impact resistant design manufactured to the latest industry standards. Featuring improved audible and visual indicators, the industry's leading LCD display size, and easy to read markings. This unit features a data-hold switch to maintain the reading on the LCD screen (maximum count: 1999) and a low battery indicator to ensure you won't get incorrect readings due to low batteries. This unit uses two AAA batteries and includes an auto-off function designed to save battery life. Special test lead input icons integrated into the display prompt the user to ensure correct lead placement for a desired test. Capable of testing AC/DC voltage and current this meter also measures amps, resistance and continuity (audible), and performs diode and battery testing (1.5V, 9V). Data hold feature captures reading on the display and holds thru multiple tests. Housing is impact resistant. CAT III (660V), cETLus and CE rated with a lifetime warranty to give our users the peace of mind they deserve. Ships with two AAA batteries included in the package.
